The architect Eduardo Salata signs the design of the Trio Ribeirão multipurpose complex, developed by Lindencorp Incorporadora, which is linked to the LDI Group, from São Paulo, and to the WTB Group, from Ribeirão Preto. It is expected to be launched soon. Gianfranco Vannucchi signs the project alongside Salata. The Trio Ribeirão Multipurpose Complex will have two 22-floor buildings. The Trio Home tower will have high-end apartments ranging from 54m2 to 84m2, with one or two bedrooms, with a private bathroom. The Trio Office tower will have 260 suites, including corporate rooms and slabs. The two towers will be integrated by the Trio Mall, a shopping center measuring approximately 2,000 m2 made up of units dedicated to high-quality commerce and services. The development will offer 578 covered parking spaces. Total investments to build Trio Ribeirão are estimated to be worth some R$90 million. Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2010. Completion is foreseen for 2012. The complex will be built on the Presidente Vargas Avenue. The project's design is unprecedented, and it brings to Ribeirão Preto the cutting-edge Mixing Building, which seeks to make people's lives easier. It is a complex where people can live, work, and have access to stores and services. Salata explains that the model to be implemented in Ribeirão Preto is already a worldwide trend.
